Join puppetry artist Greta Jean for a dive into the world of shadow play. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn to make a mechanised shadow puppet creature, experiment with backgrounds, scenery and lighting effects, and work together as a group to devise and perform magical forest imagery.

Suitable for children aged 8-12.

Please bring along some cereal boxes. All other materials provided.

Greta Jean is a maker, performer, and arts facilitator who tells stories through puppetry, movement, and handcrafted creations. Working across performance, workshops, and large scale installations, she delights in bringing unlikely objects and characters to life.
