Here’s your chance to experience a vibro-tactile haptic vest, with experts from the Newmarket Collective. These high-tech vests convert sound into vibration, allowing you to feel music — or in this case, the low-frequency rumbles of Antarctica’s Denman Glacier — through various contact points on your body.
Everyone’s welcome to give it a go. Just note that the vests are built for adults, so they may fit loosely on kids. That said, most children aged 7 and up should still be able to feel the vibrations.
